Turning Complex Investments into Clear Opportunities
What I Did
The Challenge
The company had a compelling investment offer, but struggled to present it clearly. The descriptions were inconsistent, the sales process was disjointed, and there was no dedicated investor funnel in place. Prospects were unsure of what was being offered, how it worked, or why they should trust it. Internally, the team lacked a repeatable structure to list and promote new investment opportunities.
The Strategy
I stepped in to bring structure and strategy to their investor-facing funnel. My approach started with developing a clear and repeatable offer framework — a blueprint that simplified legal-heavy descriptions and ensured consistency across listings. From there, I built a high-converting landing page, coordinated video shoots to capture testimonials and explainer content, and created a scalable storefront-style layout to list current opportunities.
To support internal growth, I also delivered editable listing templates, designed a professional pitch deck for investor outreach, and implemented a form-based lead capture system to track inquiries and performance. Every asset and system was built to reduce friction, improve investor understanding, and give the team tools they could use repeatedly.
The Results
Inquiries That Actually Convert
The streamlined landing experience and clearer messaging led to a measurable lift in investor interest, with higher-quality leads reaching out each week.
Evergreen Video Assets
Both the testimonial and explainer videos are now used across the site and in sales follow-up, increasing trust and reducing the need for repetitive 1:1 explanations.
Simple Storefront-Style Listings
Each investment is now presented with consistent formatting and intuitive UX, making it easier for investors to understand the details and submit interest.
Built to Scale
The team now has the tools and repeatable templates they need to publish and promote future opportunities without outside help, saving time and increasing agility.
